The folks at Morning Edition and the TODAY Show were kind enough to have me on this week to talk about The Power of Habit. If you have any thoughts, I would love to hear them.

This was a very good book. As an owner of a small business for 35 years and a father of three who are now in their emerging states, I found whole sections of the book confirming what I have been preaching as a boss and a dad. Specifically, can people change? Most people believe people FIND themselves, or you hire the ‘right’ people. Easy to say when you are neither boss or Dad. If they are your kids, you can’t afford to watch them flail around post college or during. Teaching good habits is like teach french or math. You don’t just Find it…. you Learn it.

Hello there, You have done an excellent job. I’ll certainly digg it and personally suggest to my friends. I am confident they’ll be benefited from this web site.
